摘 要:为研究不同NaCl浓度和pH值对盐芥种子萌发和组培苗生长的影响,探讨其作用机理,本文设置不同NaCl浓度和pH值梯度的MS培养基,测定盐碱胁迫下盐芥种子萌发和组培苗生长的各项指标。结果表明,低盐浓度(50~100 mmol/L)、低pH值(5.0~8.0)下组培苗生长良好,随NaCl浓度升高(>200 mmol/L)和pH值增加,对组培苗生长的抑制作用也逐渐增强。可见,高盐碱可降低盐芥种子萌发率,延缓或抑制盐芥组培苗的生长。In order to study the effects of different NaCl concentrations and pH values on seed germination and tissue culture seedlings growth of The llungie llasals ugine a (Pall.) O.E. Schulz,discuss the mechanism of action,MS medium with different NaCl concentrations and pH gradient was set to determine the various indicators for seed germination and tissue culture seedlings growth of Thellungiella salsuginea (Pall.) O.E. Schulz under saline- alkali stress.The results showed that,the tissue culture seedlings grew well under low salt concentration(50-100 mmol/L)and low pH value(5.0- 8.0).With the increase of NaCl concentration(>200 mmol/L)and pH value,the growth of tissue culture seedlings inhibition also gradually increased. It could be seen that high salinity and alkalinity reduced the germination rate of Thellungiella salsuginea (Pall.) O.E. Schulz seeds and delayed or inhibited the growth of Thellungiella salsuginea (Pall.) O.E. Schulz tissue culture seedlings.
