摘　　要：螺母凸焊技术是汽车白车身制造过程中一项关键制造工艺,螺母自动化凸焊技术对于批量化生产中十分必要。介绍螺母自动凸焊专机的工作原理、技术参数、机械系统。并通过实际焊接工艺实验得到最优焊接规范。Nut protruding welding technology is a key manufacturing process in the process of automobile body-in-white manufacturing,nut automatic protruding welding technology is very necessary for mass production.This paper introduces the working principle,technical parameters and mechanical system of the special machine for automatic protruding welding of nuts.Through the actual welding process experiment,the optimal welding specification is obtained.
