摘　　要：新常态的背景下,随着"互联网+"时代的到来,我国已经步入了社会主义现代化经济,计算机技术也在国民的日常生活中,扮演着重要的"角色"。因此,医院档案管理也不例外,也应该秉承科学发展观的主要思想,顺应时代的发展需要,将计算机技术应用到医院的档案管理当中。从一定程度上看,医院档案管理,是针对医院各项活动的真实性记录,在医院文化发展的历程中,彰显并蕴含了病人的相关资料。换句话说,医院档案管理在医院可持续运行的过程中,起到了承上启下的重要作用。在当前的信息化时代下,面对时代的进步,面对人们日益增长的需要,只有将计算机信息技术引入到档案管理当中,这样才能针对问题,找到合理的解决措施,接着从本质意义上提升医院档案管理的整体性水平,有助于构建新型医院档案管理模式,发挥其实用价值。Under the background of new normal, China has entered into the socialist modernized economy with the advent of “internet +” era, and the computer technology plays an important role in the national daily life. Therefore, the hospital files management should also meet the demands of era development according to the major thought of scientific outlook on development and apply the computer technology into the hospital files management. To a certain degree, the hospital files management reflects the related data of patients in the hospital cultural development course according to the actual records of various activities, in other words, the hospital files management plays a major role of carrying forward in a new paragraph. Under the current informational era, only through the introduction of computer informational technology into the file management can we find out the rational solutions according to problems faced with the ever-increasing demands of people, thus improving the holistic level of hospital files management in essence, which contributes to constructing the management model of new hospital files and giving play to practical value.
