摘 要:目的了解川东北地区部分养老机构护理员的现状,为完善老年护理服务体系提供参考依据。方法该文通过方便抽样的方法抽取20家养老机构工作151名养老护理员一般资料、对培训相关信息、老年护理认知和看法进行问卷调查。结果川东北地区养老机构护理员平均年龄(46.0±3.8)岁,工作年限为(5.3±0.6)年,日平均工作时间在9.5 h,专科及以上学历占22.7%,月均工资收入3 000元以上占27%,具有养老护理员资质者占11.3%。60%的被调查者均表示愿意参加相关培训,40%的认为年龄大,即将离职,没有必要再培训。培训方式多数人选择面授和在实践中学习;认为培训需要学习老年护理相关知识,排在前五位的内容依次是症状/健康问题护理,沟通交流,职业素质教育,心理学知识,法律法规制度;通过培训提高自己的能力依次排序前五位是照顾老人能力,沟通能力,合作能力,实施健康教育能力,法律伦理实践能力。养老护理员对老年护理的认识和看法表示显示喜欢和愿意为之付出的占62.9%,选择满意目前状态占21.2%;选择可以调换工作的占比35.1%。结论川东北地区养老护理机构护理人员普遍年龄偏大、学历及待遇均偏低、整体素养不高,需要加强职业培训,提高职业能力,以促进养老护理人员队伍建设的可持续发展。Objective To know the nursing staff status of some pension agencies in northeast Sichuan thus providing reference for improving the senile nursing service system.Methods 151 cases of pension nursing staff in 20 pension agencies were extracted,and their data,training related information,senile nursing cognition and views were surveyed by the questionnaire.Results The average age of nursing staff in the pension agencies in northeast Sichuan was(46.0±3.8)years old,working limit was(5.3±0.6)years,average working time each day was 9.5 h,and there were 22.7%of the people whose academic level was junior college or above 22.7%,and 27%of people whose monthly income was 3 000 yuan or above,and 11.3%of people who were equipped with the pension nursing staff qualification,60%of interviewees would like to take part in the related training,40%of interviewees thought it unnecessary to take part in training due to old age,and most people selected face to face and study in practice,and the top five contents were symptom/nursing of health problems,communication,occupational quality education,mental knowledge,legal regulation,and the top five abilities through training were care ability,communication ability,cooperation ability,health education ability,legal practice ability,and 62.9%would like to pay out,21.2%were satisfied with the current state,and 35.1%selected to change the job.Conclusion The nursing staff in the pension and nursing agencies in northeast Sichuan are generally senile with lower academic level and salary,and lower holistic quality,and we need to enhance the occupational training,improve the occupational abilities,to promote the sustainable development of team construction of pension nursing staff.
