摘  要:道路货物运输过程中,货物的装载及卸载效率较低,还会受到场地及设备的限制。为了解决以上问题,设计了一种滑移摇臂式的车载吊运装置。采用CAE技术,利用Solidworks建立三维模型,使用虚拟样机技术设计车载吊运装置的装配关系。其能很好的将货物从地面起吊装载到卡车车斗或从车斗卸载到地面上,同时该车载吊运装置不会受到场地的限制,能够满足不同的使用要求,操作简单方便,省时省力,给货物的运输带来很大的便利。In the process of road cargo transportation,the efficiency of loading and unloading cargo is low,and it is also limited by the site and equipment.In order to solve the above problems,a sliding rocker type vehicle mounted lifting device is designed.The CAE technology is used to establish the three-dimensional model by using Solidworks, and the virtual prototype technology is used to design the assembly relationship of vehicle-mounted lifting device.It can load the goods from the ground to the truck bucket or unload them from the truck bucket to the ground.At the same time,the truck-mounted lifting device will not be restricted by the site,and can meet different requirements of use.It is simple and convenient to operate,time-saving and labor-saving,which brings great convenience to the transportation of goods.
