摘　　要：为了研究与管理飞行学员的应激。通过访谈法确定了分院环境、飞行教员、未来职业前景、训练环境是引起飞行学员应激的主要因素。建议通过改善分院环境、改善飞行教员与飞行学员的相处模式、提供飞行职业咨询等措施来管理飞行学员的飞行训练应激。To study and manage the flight training stress of flight students. Through the interview method, the flight environment, flight instructors, future career prospects and training environment are the main factors that cause the flight students to be stressed. It is recommended to manage the stress of flight students in flight training by improving the campus environment, improving the mode of flight instructors and flight attendants, providing flight career counseling.
