摘　　要：高校大学生创新创业状况是影响"大众创业,万众创新"的一个重要因素。特定的历史原因制约了民族地区高校大学生创新创业能力的发展。提升大学生的创新创业能力,需要从资金、政策、制度以及大学生的心理品质、知识结构、校园文化、创新创业教育的实效性等方面予以解决。college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship is an important factor affecting “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. Specific historical reasons restrict the development of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in minority areas. To improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students, it is necessary to solve the problems from the aspects of capital, policy, system, college students’ psychological quality, knowledge structure, campus culture and the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
