摘　　要：透明导电薄膜属于存在视觉层面上的透明度,也存在导电能力的薄膜材料,具体包含了金属导电薄膜、氧化物导电薄膜、其他化合物导电薄膜等。本文主要讲述当前研究和应用最为广泛的透明导电氧化物(TCO)薄膜,介绍了了透明导电氧化物薄膜的特性,制备方法,应用以及发展趋势。The transparent conductive film is a film which is electrically conductive and has a high transparency in the visible light range, and mainly has a metal conductive film, an oxide conductive film, other compound conductive film, a polymer conductive film, and a composite film conductive film. It mainly introduces the most widely studied transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films, and introduces the characteristics, preparation methods, applications and development trends of transparent conductive oxide films.
