天然气三层PE管道补口质量提升方法探析

摘　　要：国内天然气管道施工时多采用技术较为成熟的三层PE防腐处理方式,补口材料为聚乙烯热收缩带,可以对施工技术要求较高,同时影响补口质量的因素又较多,导致补口成为天然气管道安全运行最薄弱的部位。本文针对补口质量缺陷和原因分析进行了深入的分析,补口质量提升方法进地了探讨。In the construction of domestic natural gas pipelines,the three-layer PE anti-corrosion treatment method with mature technology is adopted.The material of the joint is polyethylene heat shrinkable belt.It can be used for construction technology and has many factors affecting the quality of the mouth.This leads to the weakest part of the safe operation of natural gas pipelines.In this paper,an in-depth analysis of the defect quality and cause analysis is carried out,and the method of improving the quality of the mouth is discussed.
