体外循环与非体外循环下冠脉搭桥手术效果对比

摘　　要：目的比较体外循环与非体外循环下冠脉搭桥手术效果。方法选取我院2017年1月～2018年10月因冠心病于我院实施冠动脉搭桥手术的患者68例,按照手术的方法分为体外循环组和非体外循环组均34例。观察比较两组手术时间、术后ICU入住时间、呼吸机辅助时间、住院时间。结果非体外循环组,手术时间(2.47±1.22)、ICU留观时间(24.75±6.77)、呼吸机辅助时间(7.34±2.34)、住院时间(12.33±2.41)均低于体外循环组,数据比较;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术优于体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术手术效果,它可以减轻患者的手术时间,缩短住院天数和ICU留观、呼吸机辅助时间,从而减轻患者的经济负担。Objective To compare the effects of coronary artery bypass grafting under on-pump and offpump. Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled.According to the surgical procedure,34 patients were divided into the onpump group and the off-pump group.The operation time,postoperative ICU stay time,ventilator assist time,and hospitalization time were compared.Results In the off-pump group,the operation time (2.47±1.22),ICU stay time (24.75±6.77),ventilator assist time (7.34±2.34),and hospitalization time (12.33±2.41) were lower than the on-pump group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is superior to on-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery.It can reduce the operation time of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay and ICU retention,ventilator assist time,thus reducing the economic burden of patients.
