老年帕金森患者实施心理支持后的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨实施心理支持对老年帕金森焦虑和抑郁患者的效果。方法选自该院2016年1月—2017年1月共100例老年帕金森患者,根据随机方法分为干预组与对照组各50例,对照组给予常规健康宣教,干预组在此基础上给予个性化的健康教育,两组患者均在入院时、出院后1、3、6个月通关焦虑自评表(SAS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)标准进行评分,同时,评估老年帕金森患者经过不同的治疗后的有效率。结果两组患者通过SAS、HAMD标准评分,出院后6个月分数分别为(49.29±11.26)分、(10.24±6.56)分,与入院前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),出院后1、3个月与入院前相比,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组在总有效率的比较上高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(92.0%vs 68.0%,χ~2=7.47,P<0.05)。结论对于老年帕金森患者而言,加强心理支持可改善患者焦虑和抑郁状态,促进康复及提高生活质量的满意度,从而取得良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological support on elderly patients with Parkinson's anxiety and depression.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,a total of 100 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease were enrolled.According to the randomized method,50 patients in the intervention group and the control group were given.The control group was given regular health education.The intervention group gave personality on this basis of health education,both groups of patients were on admission,After 1,3,and 6 months after discharge,the Customs Self-Assessment Form(SAS)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)criteria were scored.At the same time,the effectiveness of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease after different treatments was evaluated.Results The scores of the two groups were SAS and HAMD.The scores of the patients at the 6th month after discharge were(49.29±11.26)points and(10.24±6.56)points,respectively.Compared with the pre-hospitalization,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the intervention group than in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(92.0% vs 68.0%,χ^2=7.47,P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with Parkinson's disease,strengthening psychological support can improve patients'anxiety and depression,promote rehabilitation and improve the quality of life satisfaction,so as to achieve good therapeutic results.
