摘　　要：通过对痛经的中医源流、辨证分型、病因病机及近年来寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的中医护理技术应用现状进行综述,认为中医护理技术在寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的应用方面,应进一步研究如何科学的选择干预方法和疗效评价体系,以提高患者的生活质量。Through the review of the current situation of TCM source,syndrome differentiation,etiology and pathogenesis,and the recent application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques for cold coagulation type dysmenorrhea,it is considered that traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique is used in cold clotting type primary dysmenorrhea.In terms of application,further research should be conducted on how to scientifically select intervention methods and efficacy evaluation systems to improve the quality of life of patients.
