摘  要:目的探讨以基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL结合微课在泌尿外科临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1—12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院第三泌尿外科参加临床实习的本科2013级学生,分别采用传统模式(对照组)和PBL结合微课教学法(实验组)。对学生进行理论知识、技能操作、病例考核,完成满意度调查问卷,统计结果,进行数据分析。结果实验组在理论知识、技能操作、病例考核及总成绩上均优于对照组(P <0.05)。满意度调查方面,实验组满意度为90%,优于对照组70%(P=0.03)。结论 PBL结合微课教学法能提高学生的学习积极性,提升教学质量,有利于培养学生的临床思维方式。Objective To explore the effect of combined application of the problem-based learning (PBL) and microlecture in the teaching practice in department of urology. Methods Five-year-program students, who were taught in department of urology of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January and December 2017, were selected to adopt traditional teaching mode (control group) and PBL+microlecture combined teaching method (experimental group) respectively. The theory learning, clinical practice and clinical case examination were performed tests, completed the satisfaction questionnaire, the data were collected and analyzed. Results In the assessment, experimental group was superior to the control group in the theoretical, clinical tests,clinical case examination and total scores (P﹤0.05). In the satisfaction survey, the satisfaction rate of experimental group was 90%, which was obviously better than that of the control group (70%)(P=0.03). Conclusion PBL combined with microlecture teaching method is a new teaching mode. It has advantages over traditional teaching mode in improving students' learning interest and autonomous learning activity.
