手法整复联同颈三针治疗神经根型颈椎病研究

摘　　要：目的探究针刀松解颈三针配合手法整复治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取200例2016年3月—2017年8月医院接收的神经根型颈椎病患者作为本次研究的观察对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用推拿结合针灸按摩法为进行治疗,观察组采用针刀松解颈三针配合手法整复治疗法进行治疗。对比两组神经根型颈椎病患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率(96%)高于对照组(86%)(P=0.02)。观察组患者的VAS评分及NDI评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者和对照组患者白介素-1β水平明显降低,但观察组患者的降低幅度高于对照组。结论采用针刀松解颈三针配合手法整复治疗神经根型颈椎病具有显著的效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of needle knife loosening cervical three needles combined with manipulative reduction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radicular disease. Methods 200 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy received in the hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected as subjects for this study, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with massage combined with acupuncture massage method, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and lysis of the neck and three needles combined with manual treatment. The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (96%) was higher than that of the control group (86%)(P=0.02). The VAS score and NDI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The level of interleukin-1β was significantly lower in the observation group and the control group, but the decrease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The use of needle knife to release cervical three needles combined with manipulative reduction for cervical spondylotic radicular disease has significant effect and is worthy of clinical application.
