摘 要:西南地区幅员辽阔,地形地貌复杂,数据获取困难,为了更好的辅助开展西南地区外送电通道规划设计工作,本文研究利用二三维地理信息系统技术搭建走廊规划基础数据库,统筹管理影响走廊规划的各类自然、地理和人文要素,充分结合遥感、航测及多尺度、多类型通道走廊等多源异构数据,采用二三维一体化方式为西南电网外送电通道规划设计工作构建统一的工作平台,实现通道方案规划与布置、通道走廊分析与统计、通道方案评审、通道成果制图与输出等一体化应用。Southwest China is a vast area with complex topography and landform and it is difficult to obtain data.In order to better assist in the planning and design of power transmission corridors in Southwest China.The paper uses two and three dimensional geographic information system technology to build the basic database of corridor planning.Overall management of all kinds of natural,geographical and cultural factors which affect the corridor planning,fully combining remote sensing,aerial survey,multi-scale,multi-type channel corridor and other multi-source heterogeneous data.The two and three dimensional integration method is used to construct a unified working platform for the planning and design of the external power transmission corridor of the Southwest Power Grid.And it realizes the integrated application of corridor scheme planning and layout,corridor analysis and statistics,corridor scheme review,corridor result mapping and output.
