摘 要:白车身作为整车体系的主体框架,其力学性能也是整车力学性能的基础。减震器作为悬架系统中起到吸收、缓和路面不平带来冲击、振动的主要零件,是用户评价车辆舒适性的重要依据之一。本文结合某SUV的后悬架减震器固定结构在MTS试验、道路试验中出现的钣金、焊点开裂问题的解决,总结出可靠的后减震器固定结构所必需具备的要素,同时为后续车型设计提供了相应的设计思路。The BIW is the main frame of the vehicle system, which mechanical properties are also the basis of the mechanical properties of the vehicle. The shock absorber is used as the main part of suspension system to absorb and mitigate the impact of uneven pavement,which is an important basis for users to evaluate the comfort of vehicles. In this paper, we fix the structure of the rear suspension shock absorber of SUV to solve the problem of sheet metal and solder joint crack in MTS test and road test, and summarize the necessary elements for the reliable structure of rear shock absorber, which provides the corresponding design ideas for the design of the subsequent models.
