摘　　要：海外学者对改革开放以来中国共产党的执政问题从不同角度进行了研究,形成了一些有价值的观点,初步揭示了其中的一些规律,对此我们要高度重视,全面分析,积极借鉴。特别是要看到,中国共产党执政规律是改革开放以来海外学者进行中共研究的主线,他们研究认为中国发展离不开中国共产党的领导,改革开放是中国共产党执政成功的关键一招,全面从严治党、注重加强党的自身建设是成功执政的根本前提,不断提高执政能力是成功执政、长期执政的关键,中国共产党提出的一系列重大创新举措拓展了党执政的前景,这一系列观点既与我们的认识相契合,同时又蕴含着海外学者的独特理解,对于我们科学把握改革开放以来党的执政规律具有重要启发和借鉴意义。Overseas scholars have studied the governance of the C.P.C.from different perspectives since the policy of reform and opening up,which have formed some valuable viewpoints and initially revealed some of them.We must attach great importance to this,comprehensively analyze and actively learn from them.In particular,it should be noted that the ruling law of the C.P.C’s governance has been the main line of the C.P.C research conducted by overseas scholars since the policy of reform and opening up.They expressed that China’s development cannot be achieved without the leadership of the C.P.C.and the policy of reform and opening up is the key to the success of the C.P.C.in governing.The fundamental premise of successful governance is to strictly govern the Party comprehensively and strengthen the Party’s self-construction.The key to successful and long-term governance is to constantly improve the governance capability.A series of major innovative measures put forward by the C.P.C.have expanded the prospect of the Party’s governance,which is not only consistent with our understanding,but also contains the unique understanding of overseas scholars.
