鼻中隔及下鼻甲手术前后鼻声反射的变化与患者主观症状相关性的初步研究

摘　　要：目的鼻声反射法是一种客观评估鼻腔通气功能的方法,本研究探讨术后鼻声反射测量的意义及与患者主观症状之间的关系。方法选取2015年6月～2017年3月本院收治的鼻中隔偏曲同时伴有下鼻甲肥大的患者20例,均行鼻中隔偏曲矫正+双侧下鼻甲骨折外移术。利用鼻声反射仪测量术前及术后一个月0～7cm鼻腔容积(NV)及鼻腔最小截面面积(NMCA)的变化。利用VAS量表对术前及术后一个月的主观症状进行评估。对结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果术前术后NV0-7cm及NMCA均有显著统计学意义(P <0.05),术前术后VAS差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后NMCA与术后VAS呈负相关(P=0.018)。结论鼻声反射测量法可作为鼻中隔及下鼻甲手术的客观评估方法。Objective Acoustic rhinometry is an objective assessment of nasal ventilation function, the purpose of this study is to investigate the significance of postoperative acoustic rhinometry and its relationship with subjective symptoms. Methods 20 cases with nasal septum deviation and inferior turbinate hypertrophy were selected in our hospital on June 2015 to May 2017, all patients underwent nasal septum and bilateral lateral fracture surgery. The changes of 0 ~ 7cm nasal volume (NV) and the minimum cross-sectional area (NMCA) of the nasal cavity before and after operation one month weremeasured by acoustic rhinometry instrument. The subjective symptoms were evaluated by VAS scale before and after operation one month. A retrospective statistical analysis of the results was conducted. Results Preoperative and postoperative NV0-7cm and NMCA and VAS were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Postoperative NMCA was negatively correlated with postoperative VAS (P =0.018). Conclusion Acoustic rhinometry measurement method can be used as an objective evaluation method of nasal septum and inferior turbinate surgery.
