摘　　要：目的探究和分析吹氧法在PICU患儿红臀护理中的应用效果。方法选择本院自2017年1月～2017年12月收治的78例PICU红臀患儿作为研究对象,将其平均分成对照组和研究组,每组39例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组采用常规护理联合吹氧法护理,对比两组患儿皮肤糜烂、皮肤水肿症状改善时间、护理的总有效率及并发症的发生率。结果研究组患儿皮肤糜烂、皮肤水肿症状改善时间明显短于对照组,研究组患儿护理的总有效率显著高于对照组,研究组患儿护理期间并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论在PICU患儿红臀护理中应用吹氧法护理干预,不仅能快速改善患儿臀部皮肤的糜烂、水肿症状,同时还能有效降低患儿并发症的发生率,因此,其能有效提升患儿的预后效果。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of oxygen blowing method in children with PICU red buttock in nursing. Methods Select 78 cases of PICU in children with eczema in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as the objects of study.They were divided into control group and study group, 39 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the research group was treated with conventional nursing combined with oxygen blowing method nursing.Compared two groups of children with the improvement time of skin erosion and hydroderma,the total efficiency of nursing and the incidence of complications. Results The study group of children with skin erosion, skin edema symptoms improved significantly shorter than that of the control group. with Nursing total efficiency was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group.The incidence of complications during nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group. The contrast between the two groups was significant.(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in children with PICU oxygen blowing method of red buttock in nursing, not only can quickly improve children buttock skin erosion and edema symptoms, incidence rate, but also can effectively reduce the complications,so it can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
