关于规范教务档案数字信息化管理的思考

摘　　要：作为中职卫校信息化建设的一部分,教学档案规范化管理的重要性不言而喻。随着信息技术在中职卫校各项工作中的普及,在教学档案规范化管理实现过程中,计算机技术的应用也更为广泛。计算机技术作为教务科教务档案管理的有效手段,在提高档案管理科学性、规范性、统一性方面具有不可比拟的优势。本文就以中职卫校教务档案规范化管理为内容,对计算机信息技术在教务档案管理加强数字化、网络化建设,搭建教务档案信息资源共享平台,积极开发标准化的教学档案管理软件,加强综合教务管理系统的安全建设等面中的应用情况进行探讨分析。为提升中职卫校教务档案工作提供一些更加规范有效的措施和方法,来提高和优化档案管理的质量水平。As a part of the informatization construction of secondary vocational health schools,the importance of standardized management of teaching archives is self-evident.With the popularization of information technology in various work of secondary vocational health schools,the application of computer technology is more extensive in the process of realizing the standardized management of teaching files.Computer technology as an effective means of educational administration archives management has incomparable advantages in improving the scientificity,standardization and unity of archives management.Taking the standardized management of educational archives in secondary vocational health schools as the content,this paper discusses and analyses the application of computer information technology in such aspects as strengthening the digitalization and networking construction of educational archives management,building a platform for sharing educational archives information resources,actively developing standardized software for teaching archives management,and strengthening the security construction of comprehensive educational administration management system.In order to improve the educational archives work in secondary vocational health schools,some more standardized and effective measures and methods are provided to improve and optimize the quality of archives management.
