摘　　要：结合暖通空调运行能耗的现状,分析了其运行的关键因素。在此基础上,提出了影响运行管理四个相关因素,即空调运行能效比、运行管理水平、循环系统的水质管理和空调系统的自控水平。This paper analyzes the key factors of hvac operation based on the current situation of energy consumption.Based on this research,the conclusion that the relevant factors which influence the operation management are the EER of air conditioning operation,the level of operation management,the water quality management of circulation system and the level of automatic control about air conditioning system is drawn.
