摘　　要：现代高等教育管理工作面临的一个关键问题,就是如何更好的应用先进技术及思想,提升高等教育管理水平。而其中的关键点在于充分的利用现代信息技术,构建高等教育管理平台,从而实现对高校大学生的精准、高效管理。因此,本文在大数据的背景下,对教育大数据进行了分析,阐述了大数据背景下高等教育管理模式的改革方向,并针对性的提出了改革措施,对提升高等教育管理水平起到了借鉴和参考作用。A key issue facing the management of modern higher education is how to better apply advanced technology and ideas and improve the level of higher education management.The key point is to make full use of modern information technology and build a higher education management platform so as to achieve accurate and efficient management of college students.Therefore,in the context of big data,this paper analyzes educational big data,describes the reform direction of higher education management model in the context of big data,and proposes reform measures for specific purposes,which serves as a reference for improving the management level of higher education.And reference role.
