浅谈独立学院教务员如何做好教学管理工作

摘　　要：随着独立学院规模的不断扩大,教务员的教学管理工作越来越重要。所以,独立学院的教务员必须要具备相应的素质,才能根据教务管理工作的特点,制定具有针对性的管理方案,达到比较好的管理效果,从而提高独立学院的教学水平。本文对独立学院教务员教学管理工作的特点、以及教务员应具备的基本素质进行分析,并就独立学院教务员做好教学管理工作的策略进行探讨。With the continuous expansion of the scale of independent colleges,the teaching management of academic staff is becoming more and more important.Therefore,the teaching staff of the independent college must have the corresponding quality,in order to make a specific management plan according to the characteristics of the educational administration,and to achieve a better management effect,so as to improve the teaching level of the independent college.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the teaching administration of the independent college faculty and the basic qualities that the faculty should possess,and discusses the strategies for the teaching administration of the independent college.
