摘　　要：目的探讨盆腔双节育器异位膀胱的临床治疗。方法选择我院近年来收治的6例盆腔双节育器伴节育器异位患者的病例报告,总结临床特点、治疗情况及预后。结果本研究6例患者的治疗方式:一枚宫内节育环采用宫腔镜检查+取环术取出,另一枚异位至膀胱的节育环采用经腹小切口术+双侧输卵管结扎术+盆腔广泛粘连松解术取出。结论宫内节育器在使用过程中会出现并发症,并存在一定的风险。Objective To explore the clinical treatment of ectopic bladder with pelvic double IUD. Methods The casereporting of six cases of ectopic pelvic double IUD with ectopic IUD admitted in our hospital in recent years were selected, and the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis were summarized. Results The treatment of 6 patients in this study: one IUD was removed by hysteroscopy+IUD removal, and another ectopic to bladder IUD was treated with transabdominal small incision+bilateral tubal ligation+extensive pelvic adhesion lysis. Conclusion There are complications and risks in the use of IUD.
