校企合作模式下食品专业实践教学基地建设及人才培养

摘　　要：以江苏大学-镇江出入境检验检疫局本科实践教学基地的建设为例,分析论述校企合作模式下,实践教学基地对于食品学科的人才培养及其创新模式,为食品学科创新实践性工程人才的培养提供经验和参考。Taking the construction of Jiangsu University-Zhenjiang Entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau's undergraduate practical teaching base as an example,the talent cultivation and innovation mode of food science and engineering subject in practical teaching base under the school-enterprise cooperation mode were analyzed and discussed.Then the experience and reference were suggested for the cultivation of innovative and practical engineering talents of food specialty.
