摘 要:文章为研究超细羊毛及其混纺针织物的抗起球起毛性,选用纯羊绒、超细羊毛/亚麻51/49、超细羊毛/羊绒70/30、超细羊毛/真丝85/15、纯超细羊毛5种纱线,每种纱线与纯羊毛合股织制3种不同密度的纬编罗纹组织针织物,共15种。并用PillGradeTM全自动三维评级系统对其进行抗起毛起球性客观性评价。结果表明,超细羊毛含量与织物抗起毛起球性的相关性最强,其次是织物密度。混合一定比例的羊绒纤维、亚麻纤维有助于提高羊毛针织物的抗起毛起球性,相对紧密的超细羊毛/羊绒混纺织物抗起毛起球性较好。In order to study the pilling resistance of knitted fabrics of pure and blended superfine wool,five kinds of yarns of pure cashmere, superfine wool/linen(51/49), super fine wool/cashmere (70/30), super fine wool/silk(85/15) and pure super fine wool were selected, each kind of yarn was made into weft rib knitted fabrics with three different densities. Then, the objective evaluation of pilling resistance of 15 kinds of fabrics was carried out with PillGradeTM automatic three-dimensional rating system. The results showed that the correlation between super fine wool content and pilling resistance of fabric was the strongest, followed by the fabric density. Mixing a certain proportion of cashmere fibers, flax fiber could help to improve the pilling resistance of wool knitted fabrics, and the relatively tight superfine wool/cashmere blended fabrics had better pilling resistance.
