摘  要:目的优选并确立康力宝胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法采用水提工艺,以干浸膏量、松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷含量为指标,通过L_9(3~4)正交试验对康力宝胶囊的水提工艺进行优化;建立了康力宝胶囊中松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量测定方法。结果康力宝胶囊水提最佳工艺条件为A_3B_2C_2,即加水量分别为12倍、10倍量,提取时间分别为90min,60min。结论优选出的水提工艺经济,方法简单可行,提取率较高。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of KangLiBao capsule. METHODS Using dry extract yielding,echinacoside and verbascosid rate as the index,an L 9(3 4) orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process by water for compound KangLiBao capsules.The content of echinacoside and verbascosid in compound Shenyan capsules was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The optimal extraction technology of compound KangLiBao capsules was A 3B 2C 2,namely 12 times and 10 times volume of water,extraction time for 90min and 60min. CONCLUSION The established extraction method is simple and feasible with high effectiveness.
