摘  要:目的优选痛风消颗粒中知母的最佳提取工艺。方法以知母皂苷BⅡ、芒果苷含量及浸膏得率为考察指标,以浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间、提取次数为影响因素,采用L_9(3~4)正交实验法优选出最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:提取两次,第一次加6倍量水,煎煮2.0h,第二次加4倍量水煎煮1.5h。结论正交实验优选的提取工艺稳定、简便、可行。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Anemarrhena asphodeloides in TongFengXiao Granule.METHODS Using the contents of timosaponin BⅡ.,mangiferin and yield of icariin as indexes,the effects of solvent time,solvent usage,extraction time and extraction times were investigated by L 9(3 4)orthogonal experiment design,so as to optimize the best processing technology.RESULTS The optimal parameters were as follows:extracted for two times,the first time added six folds water and heated 2 hours;the second time added four folds water and heated 1.5 hour.CONCLUSION The processing technology was stable and feasible.
