摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱测定心可宁胶囊中4种皂苷类成分含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil Gold C_(18)色谱柱(100mm×2.1mm,1.9μm),以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3mL·min^(-1),柱温为35℃,检测波长为203nm。结果三七皂苷R_1、人参皂苷Rg_1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb_1在测定范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9998),平均加样回收率分别为100.50%(RSD 4.75%)、100.46%(RSD 2.46%)、101.44%(RSD 1.58%)、96.63%(RSD 2.07%)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于心可宁胶囊中四种皂苷的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To determine four kinds of saponins in XinKeNing by UPLC. METHODS The UPLC separation was performed on a Hypersil Gold C 18 column (100mm×2.1mm,1.9μm)eluted with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3mL·min -1 with the column temperature of 35℃,and the detection wavelength was at 203nm. RESULTS Four kinds of saponins had good linear relationships within the scope.The average recoveries rate were 100.50%(RSD 4.75%),100.46%(RSD 2.46%),101.44%(RSD 1.58%)and 96.63%(RSD 2.07%) respectively for these four compounds. CONCLUSION The method is simple,reproducible,accurate and reliable for the content determination of XinKeNing capsule.
