综合护理干预在缓解甲状腺手术体位综合征中的临床效果探究

摘　　要：目的对综合护理干预在缓解甲状腺手术体位综合征的临床效果进行探究。方法搜集2016年6月—2018年6月期间在该院接受手术治疗的80例甲状腺患者作为该次研究对象,以上研究对象及家属均知晓并同意参与,并通过了伦理委员会的批准,按照就诊的先后顺序分为对照组(传统护理干预措施)及观察组(综合护理干预措施),每组均分为40例,观察及比较两组甲状腺患者经术后出现体位综合征总发生率以及临床总有效率情况。结果观察组甲状腺患者术后体位综合征的总发生率为13例(28.26%),显著低于对照组患者术后体位综合征的总发生率为35例(76.08%),两组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.326,P<0.05);观察组甲状腺患者经治疗后的临床总有效率为39例(97.50%),与对照组患者的临床总有效率为30例(75.00%)相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.779,P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预在缓解甲状腺手术体位综合征的临床效果佳,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in relieving the position syndrome of thyroid surgery. Methods 80 thyroid patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled as the study subjects. The above subjects and their families all knew and agreed to participate,and passed the approval of the ethics committee. The order of the two groups was divided into the control group(traditional nursing intervention measures) and the observation group(integrated nursing intervention measures). Each group was divided into 40 cases in each group. The total incidence of postural position syndrome and clinical outcomes, total efficiency were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of postoperative postural position syndrome in the thyroid patients was 13 cases(28.26%), which was significantly lower than the total incidence of postoperative postural syndrome in the control group 35 cases(76.08%). There was a difference between the two groups(χ^2=11.326, P<0.05), statistically significant;the total clinical effective rate of the thyroid patients in the observation group after treatment was 39 cases(97.50%), and the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 30 cases(75.00%). There were significant differences, which was statistically significant(χ^2=5.779, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the relief of thyroid surgery postural syndrome has a good clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
