摘　　要：中风后言语不利是脑血管病常见的后遗症之一,而针灸治疗中风后言语不利疗效确切,近年来涉及中风后语言不利研究较多,且方法多样,主要有醒脑开窍、靳三针等特殊针法,也有针刺配合中药内服外用等,也有配合推拿、康复、西药等多种手段。结果表明,针刺治疗中风后言语不利确实有效,但缺乏统一的诊断标准,治疗规范,更需要进一步的多中心大样本随机对照实验研究。Disorders of language after stroke is one of the common sequelae of cerebrovascular disease. And Acupuncture is an effective method in treating speech disorder after stroke. In recent years, there have been many researches on the language disorder after stroke, and the methods are diverse, such as Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture or Jin’s Three-Needle therapy. There are also acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine for external use, or with massage, rehabilitation, Western medicine and other means. The results show that acupuncture is effective in the treatment of speech disorder after stroke. However, there is a lack of unified diagnostic criteria and treatment standards.Further multicenter large sample randomized controlled trials are needed.
