摘 要:随着国内越来越严苛的乘用车油耗法规实行,各乘用车企业在追求降低油耗技术应用的路上加快了步伐。目前市场上乘用车普遍采用真空泵作为制动助力系统真空源,但机械真空泵由于其功耗较大,需要通过发动机扭矩来驱动,会被功耗较小、电机驱动的电子真空泵逐渐取代。文章通过试验方法研究机械真空泵对整车油耗的影响,为制动助力技术发展提供参考。With the increasingly stringent domestic fuel consumption regulations,OEMs accelerate the application of fuel consumption reduction technology.Now the vacuum pump is widely used as the vacuum source of the brake boosting system,but the mechanical vacuum pump consumes a large amount of power and needs to be driven by the engine torque,and is gradually replaced by a motor-driven electronic vacuum pump with less power consumption.The vacuum pump fuel consumption is researched in the paper,and a reference is provided for the brake assistant system development.
