摘　　要：在传统的加工生产中,管理人员通常对机床的运行状态缺乏有效的监测与控制,为解决类似问题,以西门子840D s l数控机床为例,提出了一种远程动态监控机床运行状态的方法,研究了通过PLC接口和NCK接口采集数控机床通道数据的方法,介绍了DDE技术的基本原理和数据交换方式,以DCTL控件为例介绍了该控件的属性和使用方法,最后以.NET为操作平台开发了一套数控机床远程状态监控的上位机软件,并进行了现场的测试和试验分析,论证了NCDDE技术在机床远程监控方面的有效性和实用性,并可将其应用于其他类似的场合。In the traditional processing and production, the managers lack effective monitoring and control of the running state of the machine tools. To solve similar problems, a Siemens 840D sl CNC machine tool is taken as an example to propose a method for remotely monitoring the running state of the machine tool. The method of collecting the channel data of CNC machine tool through PLC interface and NCK interface is introduced. The basic principle and data exchange method of DDE technology are introduced. The DCTL control is taken as an example to introduce the properties and usage of the control. Finally, a set of PC software for remote state monitoring of CNC machine tools is developed with .NET as the operating platform, and the on-site test and test analysis are carried out. The validity and reality of DDE technology in machine tool remote monitoring are proved. It can be applied to other similar occasions.
