滋水清肝饮合百合地黄汤加减治疗躯体化症状阳类证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋水清肝饮合百合地黄汤加减治疗躯体化症状阳类证的疗效。方法:随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组用滋水清肝饮合百合地黄汤加减治疗,对照组根据《2016年综合医院焦虑、抑郁与躯体化症状诊断治疗的专家共识》予西医治疗。结果:痊愈率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋水清肝饮合百合地黄汤加减治疗躯体化症状阳类证效果较好,且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction and Baihe Dihuang Decoction in treatment of somatization symptoms of Yang syndrome.Method:Patients with somatization symptoms were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction and Baihe Dihuang Decoction while the control group were treated with western medicine according to the expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of anxiety,depression and somatization symptoms in general hospital in 2016. Result:after one week of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion:Modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction and Baihe Dihuang Decoction has good effect on somatization symptoms of Yang syndrome, with less adverse effect.
