补肾益气汤辅治激素依赖性哮喘短期疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在西药治疗的基础上加用补肾益气汤治疗激素依赖性哮喘(SDA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:90例随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,两组均用泼尼松治疗,观察组加用补肾益气汤治疗,共治疗3个月,观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后的EOS、IL-4和IL-5水平,并统计两组不良反应发生率。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组EOS、IL-4和IL-5水平均较治疗前出现下降(P<0.05),治疗后观察组EOS、IL-4和IL-5水平较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗的基础上加用补肾益气汤治疗SDA能提高短期疗效,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Bushen Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of steroid dependent asthma (SDA) on the basis of western medicine treatment. Method: A total of 90 patients with SDA were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with prednisone and the observation group were treated with Bushen Yiqi Decoction in addition. The two groups were treated for a total of three months. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was observed and the level of EOS, IL-4, and IL-5 before and after treatment were detected. The incidence of adverse reactions was also calculated. Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was 75.56% in the control group and 91.11% in the observation group. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the level of EOS, IL-4, and IL-5 between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the level of EOS, IL-4, and IL-5 in both groups decreased compared with that before the treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of EOS, IL-4 and IL-5 in the observation group decreased more significantly than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The addition of Bushen Yiqi Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment could improve the shortterm efficacy of patients, with high safety.
