摘　　要：针对常州市新北区产业能源结构偏重、环境基础设施薄弱、环境风险隐患突出、环境治理困难等问题,文章从优化空间布局、产业转型升级、完善基础设施、环境综合治理等层面提出了一些对策措施。认为绿色发展是落实上级部署、顺应时代潮流的必然要求;是攻破薄弱环节、放大生态优势的必然要求;是满足群众期盼、提升获得感的必然要求。In view of the heavy industrial energy structure,weak environmental infrastructure,prominent hidden dangers of environmental risks and difficulties in environmental control in Xinbei District of Changzhou City,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing spatial layout,industrial transformation and upgrading,perfecting infrastructure,comprehensive environmental management and so on.It is believed that green development is the inevitable requirement to implement the superior deployment and conform to the trend of the times;it is the inevitable requirement to break through the weak links and amplify the ecological advantages;and it is the inevitable requirement to meet the expectations of the masses and enhance the sense of achievement.
