品管圈活动在提高儿科静脉留置针置管成功率中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析品管圈活动在提高儿科静脉留置针置管成功率中的应用效果。方法组建品管圈并通过品管圈质量管理办法分析静脉留置针置管成功率较低的原因,分析比较实施品管圈活动前后静脉留置针置管成功率的变化;加强留置针穿刺培训并激发圈员积极性。结果实施改善品管圈活动前,留置针置管的成功率为43.39%,实施改善品管圈活动后,留置针置管的成功率提高到82.73%,目标达成率为145.4%,进步率为90.90%,此外,医护人员的圈员操作手法、自信心以及解决问题的能力等,各方面都有不同程度的提高。结论品管圈活动对提高儿科静脉留置针置管成功率有显著效果,可提高护士发现问题、解决问题的能力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle in improving the success rate of pediatric venous indwelling needle placement.Methods To establish a quality control circle and analyze the quality of the venous indwelling needle through the quality management method of the quality control circle.Analyze and compare the changes of the success rate of the venous indwelling needle before and after the implementation of the performance of the tube loop;strengthen the indwelling needle puncture training and inspire the enthusiasm of the QCC.Results Before the implementation of the quality control circle,the success rate of the indwelling needle was 43.39%.After the improvement of the quality control circle activity,the success rate of the indwelling needle was increased to 82.73%,and the target achievement rate was 145.4%and 90.90%of the improvement rate,in addition,the health care staff's circle operation methods,self-confidence and ability to solve problems,etc.,all aspects have been improved to varying degrees.Conclusion The quality control circle activity has a significant effect on improving the success rate of pediatric venous indwelling needle placement,which can improve the ability of nurses to find problems and solve problems.It is worthy of clinical application.
