手术室心肺脑复苏培训的改革效果探究

摘　　要：目的探讨研究手术室心肺脑复苏培训的改革效果。方法选取该院2016年5月—2017年5月接受手术室心肺脑复苏培训的32名护理人员为研究对象,随机将这32名护理人员分为研究组和对照组,对比两组护理人员的培训效果。结果实验组护理人员的医护配合默契度评分、护理人员应急能力评分、护理人员自信心评分和护理人员理论知识评分都要明显高于对照组护理人员(P<0.05)。结论在对护理人员进行手术室心肺脑复苏培训的过程中,使用改革后的培训方法效果更好,更能提高护理人员的护理能力,值得进一步的临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the reform effect of training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in operating room.Methods A total of 32 nursing staff who underwent training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the operating room from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected.The 32 nursing staff were randomly divided into study group and control group.Compare the training effects of the two groups.Results The meditation scores of the nursing staff in the experimental group,the scores of the nursing staff's emergency ability,the self-confidence score of the nursing staff and the theoretical knowledge score of the nursing staff were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of training the nursing staff in the operation room cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the use of the reformed training method is better,and it can improve the nursing ability of the nursing staff,which is worthy of further clinical application.
