附子理中汤加减治疗抗生素相关性腹泻脾肾阳虚证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察附子理中汤加减治疗抗生素相关性腹泻脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法将46例抗生素相关性腹泻脾肾阳虚证患者采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组23例。两组患者均给予常规基础治疗,对照组在此基础上加用培菲康治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用附子理中汤加减治疗,对两组患者治疗后的有效率和治疗前后中医症状总积分进行比较。结果观察组有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的69.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医症状总积分为(15.94±1.23)分,高于对照组的(22.04±2.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抗生素相关性腹泻脾肾阳虚证患者,在常规治疗基础上加用附子理中汤加减治疗,可有效减轻患者腹泻症状,缩短腹泻病程,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of antibiotic associated diarrhea with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Methods 46 patients with antibiotic associated diarrhea and spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 23 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were given routine basic treatment. The control group was treated with Peifeikang. The observation group was treated with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment. The effective rate after treatment and the treatment before and after treatment. The total scores of TCM symptoms are compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%, which was higher than that of the control group 69.57%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was (15.94±1.23), which was higher than that of the control group (22.04±2.30), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with antibiotic associated diarrhea and spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome, the addition of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea, shorten the course of diarrhea and improve clinical efficacy.
