疼痛护理干预对肛肠患者术后舒适度和疼痛的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察疼痛护理干预对肛肠科患者术后舒适度和疼痛的影响。方法选择我院2016年10月～2017年10月收治90例肛肠科患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组为常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上进行疼痛护理干预。比较两组患者术后疼痛情况和舒适度。结果观察组患者疼痛度为11.11%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低度舒适患者少于对照组,中度、高度舒适患者多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛肠科患者术后实施疼痛护理干预,能提升患者的术后舒适度,降低疼痛率,临床效果显著。Objective To observe the effects of pain nursing intervention on postoperative comfort and pain in anorectal patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with anorectal disease were enrolled in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was in the routine care mode, and the observation group underwent pain care intervention on the basis of the control group. Postoperative pain and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results The pain of the observation group was 11.11%, which was lower than that of the control group 33.33%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The low comfort patient in the observation group was less than the control group, and the moderate and high comfort patients were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Pain nursing intervention in patients with anorectal surgery can improve postoperative comfort and reduce pain rate, and has significant clinical effects.
