孕足月低位水囊引产联合静滴缩宫素的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨选择低位水囊引产+缩宫素静滴方法对孕足月引产患者进行治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年6月至2018年8月收治的200例孕足月引产患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组治疗方法;对照组(100例):选择缩宫素静滴方法;观察组(100例):选择低位水囊引产+缩宫素静滴方法完成;对比两组治疗效果。结果同对照组孕足月引产患者引产总有效率、剖宫产率、平均产程时间、临产发动时间以及产后2 h内出血量对比,观察组均获得显著改善(P<0.05)。结论临床针对孕足月引产患者治疗期间,低位水囊引产+缩宫素静滴方法的应用,于引产率提升、剖宫产率降低、平均产程时间、临产发动时间缩短以及产后2 h内出血量减少方面,效果明显,能够将引产效果明显提升。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-level water sac induction and oxytocin instillation in patients with induced labor. Methods A total of 200 pregnant women with induced labor in our hospital from June 2016 to August 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The group was divided into groups to determine the treatment methods. The control group (100 cases): oxytocin was selected. Methods Observation group (100 cases): selection of low-level water sac induction and oxytocin intravenous infusion method;contrast treatment effect. Results In the same period of the control group, the total effective rate, cesarean section rate, mean labor time, labor time and the amount of bleeding within 2 hours after birth were significantly improved in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of low water sac induction and oxytocin intravenous infusion during the treatment of pregnant women with full-term induction of labor in the treatment period, the increase in induction rate, reduction of cesarean section rate, mean labor time, shortened labor time and the amount of bleeding within 2 hours after delivery In terms of reduction, the effect is obvious, and the effect of induction of labor can be significantly improved.
