分析CT扫描对外伤性肾上腺血肿的临床诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CT扫描应用于外伤性肾上腺血肿的临床诊断价值。方法 78例外伤性肾上腺血肿患者均接受CT检查,指定高年资、高职称影像学检查医师完成相关操作。记录78例外伤性肾上腺血肿患者经CT检查结果,并将相关数据与手术或随访确诊结果对比。结果 78例外伤性肾上腺血肿患者均顺利完成CT检查,分析可知CT扫描对外伤性肾上腺血肿检出率(91.03%)与手术或随访结果(100.00%)对比差异无统计学意义。结论 CT扫描对诊断外伤性肾上腺血肿具有较为重要的临床价值,临床医生接诊疑似外伤性肾上腺血肿患者后应积极予以CT检查,根据其检查结果并结合病史、外伤史等实际情况综合判断病情,从而有利于提高外伤性肾上腺血肿检出率。Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT scanning in the diagnosis of traumatic adrenal hematoma. Methods 78 cases of traumatic adrenal hematoma were examined by CT, and senior and senior imaging doctors were appointed to complete the relevant operations. The CT findings of 78 patients with traumatic adrenal hematoma were recorded and compared with those confirmed by surgery or follow-up. Results All 78 cases of traumatic adrenal hematoma successfully completed CT examination. The analysis showed that the detection rate of traumatic adrenal hematoma by CT scan (91.03%) was not significantly different from that by operation or follow-up (100.00%). Conclusion CT scanning is of great clinical value in the diagnosis of traumatic adrenal hematoma. Clinicians should actively take CT examination after receiving suspected patients with traumatic adrenal hematoma. According to the results of CT examination and combined with the actual situation of medical history and traumatic history, we can judge the condition comprehensively, which is conducive to improving the detection rate of traumatic adrenal hematoma.
