血尿酸与2型糖尿病患者合并肌电图异常的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血尿酸(SUA)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并肌电图异常的关系。方法选取符合纳入和排除标准的T2DM住院患者350例,根据肌电图检测有无异常分为肌电图异常组(观察组)144例,不伴肌电图异常组(对照组)206例,比较两组基本信息及相关的检查检验,比较两组的高尿酸血症的发生率,并进行相关性分析。结果观察组年龄、病程、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、SUA、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组高尿酸血症(HUA)的发生率45.83%明显高于对照组的29.12%(P<0.01)。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,SUA、病程、LDL-C是T2DM患者肌电图异常的独立危险因素。结论血尿酸在T2DM患者肌电图异常组呈现高表达状态,是T2DM患者肌电图异常的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid (SUA) and abnormal electromyography in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Methods A total of 350 T2DM patients who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were selected and divided into two groups according to whether there were abnormal EMG (144 cases in the observation group and 206 cases in the control group without abnormal EMG). The incidence of hyperuricemia in the two groups was compared and the correlation was analyzed. Results The age, course of disease, LDL-C, HbAlc in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of hyperuricemia in the observation group 45.83% was significantly higher than that in the control group 29.12%(P<0.01). The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that SUAand course of disease and LDL-C were independent risk factors for abnormal electromyography in patients with T2DM. Conclusion The high expression of serum uric acid in T2DM patients is an independent risk factor for abnormal EMG in T2DM patients.
