老年肺炎患者D-二聚体与降钙素原及中性粒细胞的相关性及临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年肺炎患者外周血中D-二聚体(D-D)与中性粒细胞比例(N%)和降钙素原(PCT)的相关性及临床意义。方法收集2016年10月至2017年9月在山东省千佛山医院进行治疗的老年肺炎患者56例作为老年肺炎组,选取同期进行体检的健康老年人100例作为对照组,比较2组D-D、PCT、白细胞计数(WBC)和N%水平变化,以及D-D水平与PCT、N%水平的相关性。结果老年肺炎组D-D、PCT、WBC和N%水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年肺炎组患者D-D水平与PCT、N%水平分别呈显著正相关(r=0.982、0.739,P<0.01)。结论老年肺炎患者随着炎症程度的加重,血栓风险会增加,及时采取干预措施有助于预防血栓发生。Objective To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of D-dimer(D-D) and neutrophil ratio(N%),procalcitonin(PCT) in peripheral blood of elderly patients with pneumonia. Methods A total of 56 elderly patients with pneumonia treated in Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected as observation group,and 100 healthy elderly people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.The levels of D-D,PCT,white blood cell count(WBC) and N% were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between D-D level and PCT,N% level were also compared. Results The levels of D-D,PCT,WBC and N% in the elderly pneumonia group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).The D-D level was positively correlated with the levels of PCT and N% respectively( r =0.982,0.739, P <0.01). Conclusion With the aggravation of inflammation in elderly patients with pneumonia,the risk of thrombosis will increase.Timely intervention can help prevent thrombosis.
