摘 要:针对聚偏氟乙烯树脂生产洗涤过程中的抽滤工艺存在的诸多问题,进行了优化。第1次优化采用离心洗涤重复操作的工艺,改善了产品的外观,但使物料消耗增加;第2次优化采用板框压滤洗涤重复操作的工艺,基本达到了优化目标:洗涤次数减少到6次、时间减少到6 h/批,热纯水消耗量降低到60 t/t产品,树脂损耗降低到6 kg/批,所需人工减少到1人/班,不仅改善了产品外观,而且使得物料消耗、人工数量、劳动强度等都大幅度下降,取得了很好的效果。In this paper, the optimization o f the washing process in polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin production process was studied in view o f the problems existing in the extraction filtration process. For the first time, the technology of repeated centrifugal washing was optimized to improve the appearance of the product, but the material consumption was increased. For the second time, the process of repeated plate-frame pressure filtration washing was optimized, which basically achieved the optimization goal: the washing times reduced to 6 times, the time reduced to 6 h per batch, the consumption of pure hot water reduced to 60 ton per ton product, the resin loss reduced to 6 kg per batch, and the labor required reduced to 1 person per shift, it not only improved the appearance of the product, but also caused the material consumption, the amount of labor, and the intensity of labor to drop significantly, and had achieved good results.
