不同育苗基质对长蕊甜菜树苗木生长的影响

摘　　要：以咖啡壳沤制物、腐殖土及森林土为原料配制成5种基质,通过对基质的理化性状及长蕊甜菜树苗木的苗高、地径、主根长等7个生长指标的测定,分析不同基质对长蕊甜菜树苗木生长的影响。结果表明:不同育苗基质苗木的各项生长指标均存在显著差异(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01),适宜的基质能有效促进苗木的生长及生物量的累积,苗木的生长差异是不同育苗基质理化性状综合作用的结果。基质1、基质2、基质3和基质4苗木的苗高分别比对照高38.2%、22.6%、1.3%、4.4%,、地径分别比对照高49.0%、23.3%、27.2%、15.0%;4种基质苗木的主根长、根幅、一级侧根数分别比对照高10.9%～17.3%、9.2%～27.1%和34.3%～68.1%。因此,基质1和基质2适宜用作长蕊甜菜树的育苗基质,苗龄6个月的苗木苗高分别为15.31 cm和13.58 cm,地径分别为3.07 mm和2.54 mm。Using coffee husk compost,humus and forest soil as the components,five formulae of growing media were prepared,eight physical-chemical properties of the tested growing media were examined,and seven growing parameters of Melientha longistaminea seedling were determined to analyzed the effects of growing media.The results showed that in different growing media,there were significant(P<0.05)or extreme significant differences(P<0.01)on the growing parameters,suitable media could effectively promoted the seedling growth and biomass accumulation.The differences on seedling growing were the integrated results of all the physical-chemical properties of growing media.The height of seedlings raised with four growing media were 38.2%,22.6%,1.3%and 4.4%higher than the control,and the basal diameter were,respectively,49.0%,23.3%,27.2%and 15.0%higher than the control.The main root length,root width,primary lateral root number of M.longistaminea seedling grown with formula 1#,2#and 3#were 10.9%-17.3%,9.2%-27.1%and 34.3%-68.1%higher than the control.Taking the indexes of quality growing media as the standard,based on the growing performance,two medium formula with different proportion of coffee husk compost and humus,got the six month seedling height of 15.31 and 13.58 cm,and the basal diameter of 3.07 and 2.54 mm,respectively.
