摘 要:为了进一步提升便携式负压除尘黑板擦的除尘效率,合理设计黑板擦有限空间内部结构,根据流体力学相关原理,对流体通道的横截面积、长度与除尘效率匹配关系进行了研究。结果显示:流体通道孔径在18~22mm之间时吸尘效率在86%以上,在孔径为20mm时达到最大值;在25mm处风速和风压达到最值;孔径为20mm时,通道长度在25mm处效率最高。为便携式负压除尘黑板擦的设计工作提供了参考。In order to further enhance the efficiency of portable dust removal eraser with negative pressure and to properly design the internal structure in the finite space of eraser, the research that based on the theories of fluid mechanics for the cross-sectional area, the length of the fluid passage, and the dust removal efficiency was carried out. Results showed that with the pore size between 18 to 22 mm, the dust suction efficiency was over 86%, and it reached the maximum when the pore size was 20 mm. The wind speed and pressure reached the maximum value when the fluid passage was 25 mm, the efficiency was the highest when the pore size was 20 mm and the passage length was 25 mm. It provides a reference for the design of portable dust removal eraser with negative pressure.
