摘  要:针对目前航空工业对高频响、高精度的射流管伺服阀需求,设计了一款压电叠堆驱动式射流管伺服阀,分析了其工作原理,对其动态特性进行了分析。为进一步提高其性能,提出了一种采用正交因素分析确定关键参数合理范围,并进行响应面寻优的优化方法。采用该方法对压电叠堆驱动式射流管伺服阀的结构参数进行了最优参数的确定。仿真试验结果表明,优化后的伺服阀的性能得到了较大提升。Aiming at the needs of aviation industry on the servo valve of high frequency response and high precision, a piezoelectric stack type jet pipe servo valve was designed, and its working principle and dynamic characteristics were analyzed. To further improve its performance, an orthogonal factor analysis was proposed to determine the key parameters and the response surface optimization method. This method was used to determine the optimal structural parameters of the piezoelectric stack type jet pipe servo valve. The simulation results show that the performance of the optimized servo valve is greatly improved.
