摘 要:根据电磁感应原理,设计电磁磨料浆体射流装置,对该装置的加速腔进行结构设计及参数计算,建立二维CAD模型图,并导入Gambit软件进行网格划分,后用Fluent软件对喷嘴外13 mm内的流体压力及速度分布情况进行模拟,并通过CFD-Post软件对模拟结果进行数据处理。通过分析,得出喷嘴外射流10 mm内的径向速度和压力分布趋势为先增大后减小,且在与喷嘴轴线的交叉处为最大值;喷嘴外射流10 mm内的轴向速度和压力分布为递减衰弱趋势,与相关文献相符,为进一步研究电磁磨料浆体射流奠定基础。According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the electromagnetic abrasive slurry jet device was designed. The structural design and parameter calculation of the accelerating cavity of the device were carried out. The two-dimensional CAD model was established and the Gambit software was introduced into the grid division, and the fluid pressure and velocity distribution in the range of 13 mm outside the nozzle were simulated by Fluent software, and the CFD-Post software was used to process the simulation results. The results show that the radial velocity and pressure distribution in the range of 10 mm outside the nozzle are increased first then decreased;the axial velocity and pressure distribution in the range of 10 mm outside the nozzle are decreased, which is consistent with relevant literature and lays foundation for further study of the electromagnetic abrasive slurry.
