摘  要:利用检测开关信号自动识别功能附件类型,进行NC与PLC的数据交换,再利用西门子标准程序功能块FB4、FC9选中子程序和执行子程序,最后接收外部零偏值实现数控机床功能附件对刀尺寸的自动补偿,解决了一机多功能附件、多刀具重复对刀、加工效率低等问题。Data exchange between NC and PLC was carried out by automatically identifying the type of function accessory by detecting switch signal. The subroutine was selected and executed by using FB4 and FC9 of the Siemens standard program function block. The automatic compensation for tool measuring size of function accessory of the NC machine tool was realized finally by receiving the external zero offset value, which solves the problems of multiple function accessories and repeated tool measuring with multiple tools of one machine tool, low processing efficiency, and so on.
